I cannot thank Jo enough. She is one popular lady in her profession, so book early. I have already booked her again for my friend as a gift for her Post Operative recovery - definitely my GO TO Care Provider for all my friends and Family from now on ❤️.

I have never written a review for anyone in my life - but I actually feel compelled to for this Care Company. My Wife had a serious Craniotomy to remove a brain tumor over Christmas. To say we were both paralysed with fear at the thought of the outcome from the surgery was an understatement. Mary’s Surgeon (At Pamf Medical) recommended Jo for the aftercare. Well, she was “Terrific” in everyway! Jo put us both at ease and we did the healing Journey together. She is Fun, Tenacious, reassuring and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have done this tough journey without her!

Mary has one more surgery to go and Crabstar is already booked. This is the go to Care Service!

Rare, Kind and extremely caring - Phenomenal Service. Jo just seems to be in tune to my needs every step of the way and is so lovely. There are no downsides, but if there were, Id say book her services early to ensure yourself a booking or be prepared to change your surgery date to get Crabstar Care. This is a unique service and they know their stuff, and are clearly popular in the Care field!

When I had my first cosmetic procedure, Jo cared for me for the first 24 hours after surgery. It was so reassuring to have her there with me, making sure I was comfortable, safe, and healthy. She's a very caring person, and in addition to preparing food, helping me deal with the bandages, etc. It was great to talk to her too.

Crabstar Care took care of my daughter after she had to have her jaw broken, reset and wired to help her breathe better - She was born with this disability and as she grew older it got worse, so she had surgery at the age of 17 at Stanford. she couldn’t talk whilst her jaw was wired and had to have all food liquidised and fed through a tube which Jo took care of - It was such a relief knowing Natasha was in safe hands and with someone I could trust, the food was highly nutritious and will have helped with the speedy healing process - No doubt.

Im pleased to say my daughter is fully recovered and on great form and preparing for University.

My Plastic Surgeon recommended Jo. She is the Best! Not only did I heal fast with Jo’s healthy food and drink recommendations she then prepared for me. She gave me hand and foot massages and did my hair when I wanted - Bliss! This is the only way to go for Post Surgery Care. A HUGE GOLD STAR RECOMMENDATION FROM ME. She is Awesome! My Surgery turned out really great too. I Highly recommend.

I got Jo recommended to me by my Doctor for my Surgery (to remove my lower leg and replace with a prosthetic). In-between trips to the surgeon and physio which Jo took me to for my rehabilitation, Jo also took amazing care of me, including fantastic nutritional meals, helped with showering, tidied my home, did my hair, hand and foot massages, helped me organise paper work and all extremely reasonably priced. I also found Jo extremely calming to be around and Very positive. Amazing Service!

I had a Mommy makeover. I was recommended Crabstar Care. Jo was so caring, kind, considerate, knew exactly what I needed to help me heal with the best outcome and quickly. From Medication, Nutrition, dressing my wounds, pain relief, you name it.. I was really happy with the service. I definitely endorse this Company - They are nothing short of Excellent.

Jo, is someone I would highly recommend. I have also hired her to care for my elderly mom while she had RSV. During her care for me post-facelift, she was compassionate, patient and trustworthy. she was very knowledgeable about my procedure, and took care to keep an eye out for things like infection. She kept track of all my medications, made sure I ate, and followed the post-op instructions to the letter. She cleaned my stitches areas very thoroughly, and kept the ointment and saline rounds on my face. She was a very safe driver to my appointments- which is important because you need to mitigate all stress. She also can "read the room," and knows when you want to chat and when you need quiet. This was also very important to me. She kept great care of my house as well, keeping it tidy and making sure there was no bio waste laying about. I HIGHLY recommend Jo with no hesitation.

I was extremely nervous for my surgery. Crabstar Care was there for me every step of the way. From taking me to my Pre Opp appointment, to drop off and pick up from my surgery at Stanford, to caring for me for two weeks after. She even did my food shopping and cared for my horses and Pets at our property whilst caring for me - It was wonderful!

My Mother has Dementia and Jo has been caring for her to give us respite as a family as we dont want my Mum to go into a care home yet. My Mom absolutely adores Jo. Jo takes her to the Park for walks, does Physio with her, Does her food, comes up with ideas to help with Forward Planning and to help my Mom remember what she needs to do each day on every day things, arranges and takes her to Doctor appointments.
