Think of companion care as a trusted friend who helps you with your day-to-day duties, immediately following surgery or invasive treatment. Many individuals lack the support system they need to complete everyday tasks after surgery, and this is where Crabstar Care can step in and help. All of our companion care services offered in the Palo Alto area come from an intuitive and compassionate approach.
You have the option of beginning your companion care plan immediately following surgery or treatment, with private transportation from the medical facility directly to the comfort of your home or chosen recovery location. Enjoy light and nourishing homemade meals in a comfortable environment, while also getting assistance with personal hygiene and transportation to follow-up appointments.
Surgery and other invasive medical procedures are often stressful, both physically and emotionally. Recovery is a different journey for everyone, so companion care and post-operative care and management should be personalized for the person’s individual needs and preferences.
